Make Listeo Your Cash Cow

Next-Level Monetization

Sell listing packages subscriptions or lock content behind a paid membership. Connect directly to payment providers and save nearly 4× versus WooCommerce Subscriptions.

Listing Packages Subscriptions

Charge for listing packages on a recurring basis. Customers are billed every month or year and their listings stay active automatically, no manual checkout.

Paid Membership & Paywalls

Lock any content behind a paid membership: address, contact details, opening hours, images, whole sections. Members see it, everyone else gets a locked card linking to  your pricing.

Pay Per Lead

Turn every inquiry into revenue. Bookings and contact messages become leads with masked guest details; listing owners pay per lead to unlock them, using credits or checkout.

  • Don’t want to process payments for bookings?
Charge owners to view guest details.
  • Earn from each contact form inquiry sent to a listing owner
  • Charge for access to private messages
Listeo Subscriptions

One Plugin. Two Billing Methods.

Listo lets you manage subscriptions your way - skip WooCommerce and connect directly to Stripe or merchant of record providers with their polished checkout experience.

Stripe for Direct Billing

Use Stripe when you want to sell subscriptions under your own business. You keep direct control of your Stripe account, pricing, checkout, customer portal, invoices, and subscription settings.

Merchant of Record Providers

Paddle, Polar, and Dodo Payments are merchant of records. This means they appear as the seller on your customer’s invoice and card statement, not you. They handle VAT collection, sales tax, compliance, and all billing paperwork on your behalf.

30+ Payment Methods

Simple Setup

Choose your billing provider, connect API keys, configure webhooks, and attach recurring billing to your Listeo listing packages directly inside WordPress.

Customer Billing Portals

Offload subscription management to Stripe, Paddle, Polar, or Dodo Payments. Customers update cards, view invoices, cancel plans, and manage billing through the provider’s secure portal.

The add-on is designed for selling listing packages, access to leads and memberships.
It does not support booking payments or Dokan. For those features, you need to use regular one-time payments in WooCommerce.

Almost anything on your site: a listing's address, contact details,
opening hours, images, a whole section, or a block of text.

Open capture mode, click what you want to protect, and attach it to a
membership. Members with an active subscription see it. Everyone else gets a locked
card linking to your memberships page.

Your payment provider handles all of it automatically. Stripe, Paddle, Polar, and Dodo Payments each send their own renewal confirmations, failed payment notices, and dunning sequences to your customers.

Customers manage billing in the payment provider’s secure portal, not directly inside Listeo. The portal is accessible from the My Subscriptions page in the Listeo dashboard by clicking "Manage Subscription" button.

Stripe, Polar, and Dodo support portal links. Paddle uses emails and billing links.

You can read more about that in documentation

Before choosing a payment provider, check that your website, business model, and listing niche are allowed. Payment providers may reject, suspend, or review businesses in prohibited, regulated, high-risk, or deceptive categories.

Examples of directory niches that are usually prohibited:

❌ casino/gambling directories,
❌ adult-service directories
❌ crypto or investment directories
❌ cannabis/CBD directories
❌ weapon/firearms directories
❌ high-risk lead-generation directories

Stripe Direct: Prohibited and Restricted Businesses
Paddle Merchant of Record: Acceptable Use Policy
Polar Merchant of Record: Acceptable Use Policy
Dodo Payments Merchant of Record: Merchant Acceptance Policy

Stripe Direct is usually the most flexible because you sell under your own business name, while Stripe only processes the payment.
